  Manutenzione carente e qualità non adeguata al prezzo

  L'agenzia si è dimostrata gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Dopo aver segnalato che lo stendino era inutilizzabile, il giorno successivo me ne hanno fatto trovare uno nuovo fuori dalla porta. Un aspetto positivo che, purtroppo, non compensa i numerosi problemi riscontrati nell'appartamento.

  Ho soggiornato tre notti pagando 390 € e mi sarei aspettato decisamente di più. La struttura si trova a circa 20 minuti dal centro e, sebbene sia comoda per la stazione, la posizione non è particolarmente interessante. L'appartamento presenta numerosi problemi di manutenzione: la maniglia interna della porta si è staccata già al nostro arrivo, alcuni elementi intorno alle luci erano allentati e rischiavano di cadere, la luce dello specchio del bagno non funzionava e alcune prese elettriche non caricavano correttamente, causando persino lo spegnimento del mio computer mentre lavoravo. In diverse occasioni, inoltre, l'acqua è uscita a scatti, diventando di un marrone molto scuro, tanto da farmi evitare di utilizzarla. Anche il comfort e le dotazioni sono deludenti: ho trovato alcuni capelli lunghi in bagno, la tenda della camera presentava un piccolo strappo nella parte superiore e i cuscini erano completamente svuotati e scomodissimi, tanto da causarmi mal di collo nei giorni successivi. Lo stendino era inutilizzabile a causa della ruggine su uno dei piedi. La cucina era molto poco attrezzata, con un tagliere minuscolo e senza un coperchio adatto alla padella grande. Anche il microonde funzionava male, poiché il piatto interno non girava, rendendo la cottura poco uniforme. Infine, tutti gli scarichi dei lavandini e della vasca erano privi di tappi. Considerando il prezzo complessivo, mi aspettavo una struttura in condizioni decisamente migliori, con maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, alla pulizia e alle dotazioni.

  A terrible experience. I do not recommend ""Wonderful" Italy" to anyone.

  Not bad location-15 minutes walk to the city center or to train station. Comfortable bed. Big apartment. 2 ACs. Mostly clean. Washing machine, but old. Two balconies: you may dry your clothes on the sun side.

  In the days before to my arrival, I was presured to register on their website and upload passport copies for all guests. I asked to provide the details in person but they kept sending the link even I had registered and paid the fee. They asked 4-5 times!They completely ignored my question about whether the bathtub had a stopper(on chat and by phone), even though I had booked the apartment EXCLUSIVELY because it had a bathtub-I specifically needed to be able to fill it up. Because of a train delay, I was likely to arrive after 20:00, and I was reminded several times about the €20 late checkin fee. At check-in, Bianca didnt know how to operate the bathtub drain. She tried to dodge the question, and when I insisted on help, she started crying and said it wasn't her job(but her job was to ask for 20euros fee). She couldnt contact the owner-she didn't have his number-and the office was already closed. I asked for a refund of €430, but she refused to provide written confirmation. Instead of resolving the issue, her colleague on phone started asking why she was crying. Afterward, I discovered a broken front door handle and a shower diverter that didn't work.They also asked me why I would drain the water when I only needed to fill it up. Alex arrived the next day. He fixed the handle and came up with a brilliant solution for the bathtub: he simply removed the drain plug. Now the shower works, but it’s impossible to fill the tub. In other words, the main reason I rented this place was effectively nullified-they rendered the bathtub unusable. I notified Booking.com on the first night. They told me they could help secure a full refund of €430, provided Wonderful Italy confirmed the issue. They never did. The towels were not fresh, and the washing machine was very old but it works. On the day of departure, someone rang the intercom at 7:45 and again around 9, even though checkout wasn't until 10.

  Ładny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.

  Cicha lokalizacja blisko centrum. Dobre wyposażenie. Ładny widok z balkonu. Rozsądna cena do jakości.

  Niektóre elementy mogłyby być już odremontowane np. balkon, zacinająca się roleta, osłona wanny.

  O apto. era bom ! O sofá-cama ruim! A pessoa encarregada de nos entregar a chave nos incomodou muito

  Recebi vários e-mails solicitando um check in que eu já havia feito no inicio. A pessoa que estava encarregada de nos entregar a chave do apto. nos incomodou varias vezes perguntando sobre o horario de chegada. Nós estavamos a caminho e cansados e mesmo assim ele nos apressava. Isso foi muito ruim. Pagamos a taxa que foi cobrada após o horario de check in e mesmo assim fomos incomodados. O apto. era bom mas devido a este incômodo , com certeza minha familia não ficará mais hospedada neste apto. e nem indicarei para amigos.
