    Schönes Haus mit tollen Blick in die toskanische Landschaft. Großer Aufenthaltsbereich im Haus. Viele schöne Plätze für den Aufenthalt am Haus. Gepflegter Außenbereich. Schöner und sauberer Pool. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Die Kommuniaktion mit der Agentur hat gut geklappt. Tito (Nachbar) hat uns in Empfang genommen und war beinahe jeden Tag zum Blumen gießen, Pool säubern etc. da.

    Die Nebenkosten fallen etwas hoch aus. Internet wird extra berechnet, Gas ist teuer. Die Badezimmer und die Betten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Boccia Spielfläche und Kugeln gehören erneuert. Leider strömt immer ein Gasgeruch nach draußen, wenn der Boeiler erhitzt wird.
