Clean and modern facilities and our room was super comfy. Mariana helped us with everything and also gave us tipps for Bacalar. The room was huge and the pool of the house helped to cool off on hot days.

Très bon logement pour le coût !
Mariana était très réactive et nous a donné de très bon conseils, tout était propre et respectait les photos et descriptions. On avait droit à un distributeur d'eau fraîche. Dans notre cas il y avait personne, c'était donc très calme.
Attention à ne pas fermer les portes en oubliant les clés à l'intérieur, il y a aussi beaucoup de moustiques vers la piscine. L'ouverture de la porte le premier jour était assez complexe (car nous sommes arrivés avant Mariana pour nous ouvrir la porte).

This place was perfect for my friend and I! It was exactly the same as pictured - it was big enough for the both of us and the layout with one of the rooms being upstairs was really convenient because it made it feel bigger than what it actually was. The location was absolutely perfect too, we were so central to everything and the street itself was nice and quiet late at night which was a bonus :)
The only downside was the party/tour bus that would drive by around 11pm on the weekend nights and it drove right by this place so you could hear everything (loud pumping music and people yelling), but that's completely out of anyone's control (and we were out quite late on the weekend anyway). Just thought I'd add this in if anyone was hoping to stay somewhere that's dead silent at night.

Fallo el aire acondicionado. El primer día nos reubicaron a su mejor cuarto lo cual fue una buena sorpresa lo malo que nos regresaron al que pague pero el aire no sirvió bien. Mala experiencia el. Segundo día
