    Location - opposite ferry and close to all the restaurants and bars. Clean and comfy

    Noisy, dirty, unmaintained - avoid

    Hostess was pleasant and helpful. The property is located extremely close to the ferry port making it both convenient for an overnight stay and also extremely loud.

    I was completely shocked at the difference between the luxury advertised at philianhotels.com and the grim reality of Casa Blue Sea View. The main room looked adequate and reasonably similar to the photos on booking.com after allowing for window dressing. However, the property overall was ill-maintained and dirty, with the bathroom having a filthy shower head, poorly repaired hole in the door, and a washbasin tap that wasn't attached to the counter! The room is perhaps 50m directly behind the ferry docking port. In conjunction with the 3cm gap between the balcony windows and rotted floorboards this meant that it was exceptionally loud when ferries came and went. Which happens all night without a break. Consequently, I did not sleep at all. The owners state that they maintain that the property qualifies as luxury within it's category, and that it is clean and well-maintained. Please look at my photos to see the actual facts. There will also be a website, philianhotels.net, prepared by the end of this week to showcase the owners' advertising claims, complaint response, and documentary evidence of the reality.

    Clean comfortable stay , close to amenities and the ferry

    We unexpectedly were rerouted to Skiathos and this little Stay was perfect

    It’s Location was exceptional. It’s right by all the little restaurants on the port

    It was hard to find even though it was right in front of me. We had to walk around for a little bit to find it. You should give a landmark. It’s right in front of the bun Brothers.
