Pobyt uważamy za udany, dziękujemy gospodarzowi za troskę i wszelkie udogodnienia.
Obiekt zgodny z opisem, gospodarz obiektu pomyślał o gościach: w lodówce czekała woda, był dostępny przemyślany plan zwiedzania Budapesztu co bardzo nam pomogło w organizowaniu czasu. Wyposażenie obiektu bardzo dobre. Ogólnie pozytywne wrażenie, dużo miejsca i wygodnie.
Obiekt na 3 piętrze bez windy, nieprzyjemny zapach jak się weszło. Po 2 dniach otwartych okien nie było źle.

Nicht einmal eine Nacht geblieben.
Problemlose Rückerstattung nach Auflistung aller Mängel.
Eine Unterkunft, die wir definitiv nicht empfehlen können. Schon der Check-in scheiterte: Mit dem mitgeteilten Code ließ sich der Schlüsselkasten nicht öffnen und wir kamen zunächst nicht an unsere Schlüssel. Nach Betreten der Unterkunft folgte die nächste Enttäuschung. Die Wohnung machte auf uns einen ungepflegten und schlecht instand gehaltenen Eindruck: stark verkalkte Dusche, lockerer Duschkopf, fleckige Handtücher und Möbel, Krümel auf dem Sessel, ein innen verschmutzter Kühlschrank, dreckige Wände, eine beschädigte Küchenabdeckung und stark abgenutzte Möbel. Die Vielzahl der Mängel war für uns schlicht inakzeptabel. Wir kontaktierten unmittelbar Booking, zeigten später auch der Vermieterin die Mängel vor Ort und entschieden uns, die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zu beziehen. Stattdessen buchten wir kurzfristig für den gesamten Aufenthalt ein deutlich teureres Hotel. Dass wir lieber erhebliche Mehrkosten in Kauf genommen haben, als auch nur eine Nacht im Casa Bona zu verbringen, sagt eigentlich alles. Für uns eine absolute Enttäuschung.
