Well located unit, awesome view and overall good feel.

    1. Dirty linen and towels. Previous guests stay was never cleaned. The unit was dirty. 2. Tried calling multiple times - no answer to find clean linen and towels. No after hours line to assist with issues which is very unprofessional. 3. Awaiting feedback - response time from agents - very poor.

Took us 2 hours to get codes and keys. Shane was a tremendous help.

    No breakfast

Would have loved to bedside lamps. The rest was absolutely superb. Definitely a most lovely unit.

    Wholesome minus the towel issue

    Everything. Felt homely

There were no towels which was very disappointing. We had to buy. I didn't receive a reply to my query on the towels nor did I have proper contact information. It was not a good experience
