Modern facilities in attic room, close to river and shops.
Modern facilities with touches of the old, such as wooden roof beams. Plenty of light from eye-level skylights. Fully equipped shared kitchen and shady outdoor spaces. Washing machine. Generous and helpful host (no English) Stefan. Close to the Nera River for swimming, shops and road to Sasca Romana (and great hikes).
Provided fan could offer little relief from stifling heat in attic room in full sun. Please put in an air-conditioner, Stefan.
