    Beautiful exterior space

    The outside area is wonderful with lots of sun exposure. The staff is very nice.

    There were lots of maintenance issues - the inner doors in most of the house did not close, the shower was clogged, the cleaning was not good enough (the extractor fan was super dirty, the sink had leftover food on it, the plates in the kitchen were covered in cobwebs and bugs), we could not use the frying pans as they are completely scratched which made the non stick layer stick to our food (we had to cook eggs in a pot to avoid eating non stick layers), the playground was unsafe and broken, the tree house (a big pull for us) was unsafe because it was so dirty and had wasps, the fridge inside the house was not getting cold enough at first. All of these issues could have been avoided with a bit maintenance. The playground safety, the shower clogging, and the indoor doors not closing are particularly concerning in my opinion.
