    Beautiful room amid the action

    The location is perfect and close walk to everything The room we booked was large with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the street so we could watch the street life We used the pool every day, it was a relief from the heat

    Wonderful stay!

    - very well located - decent breakfast - bread, fruit, protein, pastries, sometimes yogurt. - facilities are new - very clean - staff is kind - always reachable on WhatsApp I would stay here again

    - the breakfast offers a variety of food and is decent. Perhaps they could improve it a bit and make it 4 stars. I would like see better quality proteins, less sugary pastries, yogurt everyday w and without lactose, seeds To be clear: as it is, it is decent

    Purtroppo la nostra esperienza a Casa Canabal è stata molto deludente, soprattutto a causa dell’atteggiamento del ragazzo alla reception, che si è dimostrato scortese e poco professionale. Siamo stati addirittura accusati di non aver pagato il soggiorno, nonostante avessimo saldato tutto regolarmente appena arrivati. Una situazione davvero spiacevole e inaccettabile, soprattutto per una struttura che si presenta come un 5 stelle. Ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione e professionalità nel gestire una questione di questo tipo. Anche il servizio in camera ci ha lasciati senza parole: eravamo in tre persone e ci è stato lasciato un solo caffè. Quando abbiamo chiesto di averne un altro, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagarlo. Sinceramente, non ci è mai capitato in nessun hotel, e di strutture ne abbiamo viste davvero a centinaia in giro per il mondo. In un 5 stelle ci aspettiamo quantomeno un servizio adeguato al numero di ospiti presenti in camera, senza dover discutere per un semplice caffè. Peccato, perché una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe distinguersi proprio per l’attenzione al cliente e per la qualità del servizio. Nel nostro caso, purtroppo, è stato esattamente il contrario.

    Muy linda la decoración, siempre muy limpio, el desayuno buffet riquisimo, muy buena ubicación muy cerca para ir al centro histórico

    Lamentablemente las calles de Getsemani huelen muy mal
