    Location

Just a bit dated, a bit of painting would make a big difference

The property was in a good location.

The property is looking tired and needing updating. The couch was dirty.

Location was excellent. House was very clean and was well stocked with everything you needed.

Water pressure in the taps could be better particularly in the shower.
