  Overall, the apartment was average and lacked a real holiday atmosphere or cozy vacation vibe.

  The area was quiet and peaceful, away from bars and restaurants, which made it easy to relax. The mountain view was beautiful, and it was possible to walk both to the city center and to the beach.

  The apartment was slightly below the standard I expected from the photos. The stairs leading to the rooftop terrace felt quite unsafe and uncomfortable, especially because they were located right next to the edge of a very narrow balcony. The furniture, both inside the apartment and on the balcony, looked worn and stained in places. The apartment also felt much smaller in real life than it appeared in the pictures. The garage entrance was extremely narrow — driving in with a large SUV was quite challenging. It would also be helpful to provide basic kitchen essentials such as salt and sugar.

  location ok , abt 15 min walk into town , No bars near property.

  Pool was closed , we were NOT notified of this before our arrival . Two teenage boys with us , so a big disappointment

  Luxery vergeblich gesucht. Alles in Allem sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Ist das Geld nicht wert

  Nach einem netten Empfang wurden wir ins Penthouse begleitet. Der erste Eindruck: gut gemachte Bilder täuschen über die tatsächliche Größe der Wohnung. Das Appartement ist auf den ersten Blick sauber und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Dennoch entsprechen Einrichtung und Ausstattung normalem Standard. Die Lage des Appartements ist 8 Min. von der Stadt entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Platz und man gelangt direkt mit einem Aufzug in die Wohnung. Der Pool war angenehm groß mit einem separatem Babybecken; insgesamt kaum besucht.

  Der Ausblick auf eine Schule inkl. Kinderlärm, wie in einem Cluburlaub, täglicher Schulglocke, wie eine Sirene, einem gegenüberliegendem  Betonbunker und zur guter letzt die Autobahn, welche man kontinuierlich bei geöffnetem Fenster und auf der Dachterrasse hört, bevor man die schönen Berge betrachten kann Die Straße vor dem Gebäude machte sich ebenfalls bemerkbar. Ingesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, auch die Nachbarn direkt nebenan kann man hören. Der Feuermelder im Hausflur, bei welchem die Batterie leer war und wir direkt am Anreisetag Bescheid sagten, piepste 2 Tage lang alle 40 Sek. Nach mehrmaligem Bescheid sagen, wurde dies dann behoben. Generell benötigt die Wohnung mal einen Anstrich, überall findet man bei genauerer Betrachtung Flecken an den Wänden. Womöglich ein Wasserschaden an der Wohnzimmerdecke ist auch noch zu sehen. Die Auflagen der Liegen auf der Dachterrasse waren absolut verdreckt. "Man kümmere sich darum", war die Aussage. Vllt für die nächsten Gäste dann wieder nutzbar. Für uns änderte sich bis zum Abreisetag daran leider nichts. Auch die schwarzen Kissen auf der Wohnzimmercouch sind verdreckt. In der Wohnung fehlt es einfach an Gemütlichkeit und Flair. Da helfen auch die Plastikpflanzen nichts!

  Very well presented new apartment Spacious hallway and lounge Nicely presented and modern apartment Good clean communal area and block with parking space Nice mountain view except for the motorway AP7 noise Big roof terrace with good amount of furniture and well styled

  Traffic noise at night from the AP7 motorway could be heard from inside apartment due to close proximity to the motorway and sliding doors not closing properly to seal noise off. Lighting in lounge very poor. Insufficient as bulbs not strong enough making it difficult to read or do much. Pillows were poor quality and not supportive leading to uncomfortable sleep and neck ache.
