Clean. Reasonably priced. In good condition. Two large terraces. Not far from the beaches and you can walk to a small supermarket.
Very hot inside, we had to use air conditioning during the night (it worked, we were only using 2 bedrooms and left the air conditioning on in the other one, though if we were using the 3 it would be noisy). Garbage disposal is too complicated. You have to go to the agency personally 5-10 min by car. They have a key box, it would be easier if they accepted ID by message/email/website and taxes by credit card/bank transfer/revolut.
