Only if it makes sense for you budget wise.
The host was responsive but I kindly asked for three days in a row to get batteries for the TV and was ignored. Also the TV was broken and did not work.

Simple but comfy and nicely located
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the metro, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The neighborhood is safe and less crowded, providing a peaceful atmosphere. There are nice cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing breakfast without the need to prepare it yourself. The air conditioning works fine, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive, replying quickly on WhatsApp, and the check-in process was straightforward.
The elevator is small and slow, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. There is only one iron available for all rooms, requiring guests to search for it. The shower glass is broken, and the soap dispenser is also broken, which are basic amenities that should be functional. Noise from other guests can be heard in the corridor and common kitchen, which might disturb your peace. The front door is broken, which is a security concern. Room cleaning is only available on demand, and the cleaning lady was quite loud, speaking on her phone on loudspeaker and throwing things, making it difficult to rest or nap.

Добавить уборку номера, за пять ночей не было ни разу. Чуть ответственнее подходить к уборке номера перед заселением нов
Прекрасное расположение, бесконтактное заселение. Быстрая связь с ресепшен
Чистота не идеальная, есть пыль в номере, мебель на балконе не была вымыта к нашему приезду, после протирания стола тряпка осталась черной. Кондиционер слабоват
