Great value, comfy beds, great location and host!
This apartment is super clean and comfy. It’s also in a great location —easy walk to anything you need but on a quieter street. Noemy the host is gracious, patient and very kind! She even offered her laundry area for us to use, which was welcome but unexpected.
Kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Theres just a single burner/hot plate. So it’s suitable for snacks but would be difficult to cook a full meal, which we had hoped to do. Would have tried pasta and sauce but there was no colander. Only larger spoons were old plastic. But that was our only issue, which paled in comparto the pluses. Would definitely come again!

Nohemy is very knowledgeable about the area and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She took the time to provide me with information, directions, and guidance whenever I needed it. I also really liked the location—it was conveniently located and close to everything I needed. The apartment was very clean, and I enjoyed the nice view from the second floor. Having access to a washer and dryer at the host’s home, which is located just behind the apartment, was also very convenient and appreciated.
There were a few things that made the stay less comfortable for me. The apartment would noticeably shake whenever my daughter walked around, which was a little unsettling. The pillows were also very hard and uncomfortable. I also noticed that the bed sheets had an old or musty smell, as though they had been stored for a while or perhaps the apartment had been unoccupied before my stay. I’m not sure of the cause, but the smell was noticeable and made me question whether the sheets had been freshly washed. There was also a hole in the stairs leading up to the apartment. It could easily cause someone to trip if they weren’t careful, and I found this particularly concerning when going up and down the stairs while carrying my toddler. Regarding the washer and dryer, I asked the host if I could use them on the day before my check-out, and she said yes. However, when I asked the following morning if I could go over and use them, I was told that her maid was washing linens. Later, I was told I could use the machines at 4:00 p.m. Since I had already asked about using them for that day, I was surprised by the change and ended up having to wash and dry everything until later that evening. To make matters worse, the porch lights were off when I had to go back and forth between the apartment and the host’s home to check on the laundry. The host had forgotten to turn them on, so each time I had to go down the stairs from the apartment, being careful because of the hole in the stairs, and then walk back up to her home in the dark while carrying my toddler. This was especially concerning given the condition of the stairs and made an already inconvenient situation feel unnecessarily difficult and unsafe.
