  Central location, comfortable house, above-and-beyond hosts!

  We enjoyed staying at Casa Charleston! Three long-time friends came from around the country, and appreciated having a comfortable living room, an easy-to-manage kitchen, 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms. We found it easy to use the gate and door codes, and liked that any of us could get in and out since we didn't have to pass a key around. The hosts were WAY beyond helpful, responding quickly to the messages we sent. Our biggest concern was the tv did not allow us to get into watching the Prime and Netflix movies we'd hoped to access. When we texted about 8:00 pm, the response was "I'll send someone". A kind and helpful woman arrived, announced herself and came in. She spent 30 minutes trying about 6 different re-sets, and finally said "we'll make sure this works tomorrow." The next morning we left, let our host know, and came back to a new tv installed! It worked perfectly and we were able to watch exactly what we wanted thru' the entire evening. We also appreciated the helpful info about what to do as we checked out. Simple, concise, and easy to follow!

  Our rental car was really large (not what we asked for, but what we were assigned), and it was a little awkward to park and then back out thru' the gate. Nothing else was a challenge.

  Great value and plenty of room for families.

  The pictures and actual property matched. The security gate. The fully equipped kitchen. The clear instructions by host, Jose.

  We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the hot tub!

  Outside seating with beautiful with the fireplace the ax throwing was so much fun the hot tub was absolutely amazing I wish I would have used it more for the time I had there.

  The shower in the master bedroom was clogged the Keurig machine did not work it needed to go through a descaling mode, the ceiling fan in the living room could not be turned on because it hits the beams on the ceiling, there was an issue with bedbugs in the north room. The owner claims it was a tick but I don't think it was because I had bites as well as my best friend had bites on her feet. The fireplace was giving me an issue starting but we had to go underneath and tighten up all of the valves for the propane to actually get to the fire pit and the location is oh so swell in the most sarcastic way possible.

  I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It was cute and cozy and the location, outside of the actual neighborhood it's in, was very convenient to everything we wanted/needed to do. The hot tub was clean and the outdoor games were fun. We really appreciated no pet fees as well and the pups have a huge gated and fenced yard to run around in and explore which was clean and free of other dogs' messes. The beds were so comfortable and the robes were a nice touch (although a size inclusive option would be appreciated)!

  The neighborhood is a little sketchy after dark but the motorized gate on the property helped with that. Even so, it was super quiet and we didn't have any trouble. There weren't any extra towels for the bathrooms (at least that we could find) and the pet station was missing baggies but we had our own so it was fine.
