great value for money - good location
perfect location - a few good shops/restaurants close by or only a short scooter ride to wherevever you wanted to go! great pool that had a giant floaty provided!plenty of restauarants availble for food delievery directly to the villa!villa was also very big and spacious, the top balcony was a nice addition and you could see the sunset from it! reasonably prices for add on laundry service - washed- ironed and folded beautifully packaged for us! housekeeping was done daily & felt it was a good safe loaction tucked away yet still close to the main area! there was a bit of construction nearby but you could bareley hear it.
Some wear and tear was noticeable as mostly white interior or light colour floors - previous guests suitcase marks on the floor/walls - photos advertised were clearly taken when villa was brand new.

Beautifull villa, Nice location and Nice people
Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. During the night, we discovered a rat inside the villa, and at one point it even ran over my wife while she was lying down. We also found rat droppings in the living area, which obviously made us feel very uncomfortable staying there. The biggest problem was that there was nobody available during the night when this happened, so we had to deal with the situation ourselves until the next day. To be fair, once the staff/owner became aware of the situation, they did try to resolve it. They sent people to inspect the villa and addressed the open drain where the rat may have entered. They also offered to refund 3 out of our 4 nights as compensation, which we appreciated. I want to be fair because they did make an effort afterwards and handled the compensation reasonably. However, finding a rat inside your accommodation — especially one running over you during the night — is something that seriously affects your feeling of safety and comfort. For us, it unfortunately ruined the stay.
