Stark Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung mit guter Lage
Die Lage war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Auch ein früher Check-in war auf Anfrage kein Problem
Der Zustand der Wohnung war leider eher eine Zumutung. Der Abfluss in der Küche verbreitete einen unangenehmen Geruch, das Bett war eine Zumutung (auf dem Boden hätte man nicht viel schlechter geschlafen), die Klimaanlage reichte nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer. Der dort vorhandene Decken Ventitalor war nur bedingt eine Hilfe. Bei der Nutzung der Küche fiel stetig die Sicherung aus. Allgemein waren Wände, Steckdosen, Lichtschalter, etc. in einem sehr abgenutzten Zustand, sodass man sich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt hat.

Top verblijf in het centrum van Denia
Top accommodatie, compleet en heel gezellig. De terrassen waren geweldig.
Je moet goed kunnen lopen ivm de trappen naar het appartement.

My stay in Casa Chica was fantastic, the location was spot on, Denia never fails to amaze and impress me.
The location of this apartment was perfectly situated for all events. The property was very clean with all amenities. The 2 terraces were perfect. If there was any issues (minor) the letting staff responded quickly in an efficient and friendly manner.
There was nothing not to like…I loved everything about this apartment, and as a solo traveller I felt safe and secure.
