    Apartment was gorgeous, cosy & comfortable, but unresolved A/C and WiFi issues took from our stay.

    The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable and cosy, and we really enjoyed staying there.

    However, it was a real pity about the air conditioning, units were connected in some way and some units were particularly noisier than others - 2 of which were in the bedrooms. So if the A/C was switched on in one of the bedroom the A/C unit would switch on in the other bedroom and there was no way of turning it off. This was the same situation if you turned on the living area A/C then the Attic bedroom also turned on and there was no way to turn it off. None of which was explained to us until we all had a sleepless night. A technician did arrive and cleaned the filters in the noisier units but this did not help, it was quite frustrating as the three of us had different temperature needs and found it difficult to get comfortable. Unfortunately, the WiFi also starting playing up, they did bring another modem but that did not resolve the issue, Lisa from the office kindly came to fix the issue but unfortunately without success. She said an engineer would visit the following day, but nobody arrived. We wanted to share this feedback as, apart from these issues, we thought the apartment was lovely and had great potential.

    Clean and comfortable apartment with very helpful hosts.

    Fantastic location and only 10 minute walk from station. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Delighted with very prompt and friendly response to a problem we had with air conditioning controls.

    Very small points really - waste paper bins and soap holders in bathrooms would be helpful. The stairs were very steep and carrying luggage wasn’t easy but in fairness the apartment info had mentioned this.

    Great apartment in a great location. Family of 5 stayed 4 nights in March. It was fantastic!
