My booking was cancelled at the last minute due to water leakage in the apartment.

Casa at East Gate is a good stay.

The location was very convenient for me. Being close to Ayala was ideal. Not knowing that East Gate implemented a non-booking policy was concerning upon my arrival as I was pretty exhausted and was fearful I would no longer have a room. Amenities are good. The internet and TV were amazing, and having the kicthenette was great. The water at East Gate is potable and maintained so there is no fear of water contamination.

There were some bugs were present due to the room's proximity to the garbage area. The room had broken aesthetic fixtures such as LED lightstrips. The establishment of East Gate condones booking sites/short term rentals, likely due to issues with people who had booked prior to May.

I like that its very near to landers and to ayala center cebu. The staff is very approachable and responds right away. The buidling staff are also nice.

Dilang namin gets yong sa door nila. But OVERALL. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY naman.
