Spacious and beautiful apartment
Really spacious and comfortable place in an old monastery. Pretty details kept here and there, and everything you need to feel like you have a home away from home. The hosts mother met us and explained everything to us, even with no English this went smooth. It’s close to everything- Main Street, beach, restaurants. The city beach was beautiful, though there were big waves because of a windy day when we where there.
The noisy old man (drunk? Sick?) in the backyard. But the windows were seriously efficient for blocking out sound, and you have to give it to the Sicilians - they sure give you that local culture feeling shouting from the balconies!

A nice place in the city center
The apartment was really big and luminous, with 3 balconies. The communication with Claudia was efficient and she reacted to all my messages promptly.

Recommend for its spaciousness, cleanliness, location & comfort.
Location very central in the historic old part of town. Bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen area needed more lighting and light over kitchen stove did not work. Eating area plus lounge was very roomy. A special thank you to Francesca (mother) providing us with some olive oil for cooking.
Property on 1st level with many steep steps to climb. Bathroom also upstairs, however a 2nd toilet was closer to the ground level. Disappointing when asked for another roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay with one full & one started roll, with response given to read the house rules by Claudia, was unexpected. Place is a little noisy being opposite a school so be ready for some activity starting around 7.30am. Kitchen utensils, spatulas & bread knife would have been good to have.
