I was supposed to stay for a week but only lasted one night
It seems there are something in the bed causing allergies — I’m covered in red bites. Also, a woman upstairs keeps screaming constantly, I was supposed to stay for a week but only lasted one night – I’m still waiting for a solution regarding the prepaid amount.

Deludente
Appartamento grande, situato al terzo piano. Tranquillo con la possibilità dell''utilizzo di uno stendibiancheria verticale in dotazione
Wi-Fi altalenante, siamo arrivati il venerdì sera e la persona che gestisce la struttura ci ha spiegato per messaggio come entrare ma non si è mai interessata in alcun modo se avessimo necessità. Pulizie inesistenti tanto che abbiamo trovato i cuscini con le federe macchiate di giallo. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte le pulizie tramite messaggio dopo 10 giorni nonostante ci avesse detto che venivano fatte una volta alla settimana. Abbiamo dovuto buttarci via il pattume perché non era compreso e se volevamo delle pulizie aggiuntive dovevamo pagare un extra fuori prezzo. In casa non erano presenti elementari essenziali come la carta igienica, che abbiamo dovuto richiederle più volte e per ben due volte ci ha lasciato senza per due giorni . Gli infissi sono datati e lasciano passare spifferi. Le prese elettriche non sono fissate al muro in maniera consona.
