    Fantastic location in Centro Montepulciano, lots of character and a true Tuscan old property

    You need to accept that you won’t get modern facilities and comforts such as air con, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

    Comfortable Apartment in a great location

    Excellent location and nice apartment. The host met us and was very friendly and helpful

    We were warned about the steps down to the apartment and this was fine. However, the steps inside the apartment down to the lower level bathroom were tricky with no hand rail. Ok for able people taking it carefully. There was not any milk, instant coffee provided which is unusual when arriving in a place later in the day without any immediate shopping facilities. There is a supermarket nearby so I would advise people to stock up with any supplies you require beforehand

    Location and outlook from bedrooms. Host was welcoming when we arrived.

    Musty smell and dampness in the property, quality of bedding was poor. Dangerous stairs to second bathroom and also to outside seating area. Communal external door was not secured. Stale contents of cupboards in kitchen displayed a lack of good housekeeping.
