    Friendly and helpful host, but the cleanliness of the apartment fell well below expectations.

    Edoardo is a very friendly and helpful host. We especially appreciated the recommendations and information he provided about sightseeing in Bologna and local restaurants, which enhanced our stay.

    The online check-in process was a bit complicated for me because I made the reservation at the last minute and was traveling at the time, so I was hoping to spend as little time as possible on administrative tasks. However, I understand that this is the host's standard procedure and I respect that. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. There were quite a lot of hairs throughout the property, the bed linen did not appear freshly changed, we noticed a number of bugs, and the kitchen cabinets and surfaces had not been cleaned thoroughly. Since we stayed for only one night, the kitchen was not particularly important to us, but the bathroom and beds certainly were, and we expected them to be impeccably clean. Overall, communication with the host was excellent and he was very accommodating, but I believe the cleanliness standards need significant improvement. With better attention to this aspect, the accommodation could provide a much better guest experience.

    Ruhig gelegen, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés nahe bei.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche (noch nicht einmal ein einfacher Espressokocher, nur Kapseln, kein Salz, Pfeffer oder ähnliches), keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad).
