Die Aussicht war schön und die Anlage war ruhig. Der Gemeinschaftspool war groß und konnte gut genutzt werden. Anfangs war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern in Ordnung.
Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss. In den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Klimaanlage und es ist im Sommer trotz Ventilator sehr heiß in der Nacht. Als die Klimaanlage am ersten Tag lief, hat es im gesamten Haus sehr unangenehm gerochen. Auf unsere Nachricht hat der Vermieter vorgeschlagen, die Klimaanlage auszustellen. Der Geruch war dann besser, aber immer noch latent vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Raumduft-Sprayer aufgestellt, der regelmäßig automatisch sprüht und Gerüche zu überdecken sucht. Weil die Klimaanlage aus war, war es über mehrere Tage sehr heiß im gesamten Haus, denn der Techniker konnte über das Wochenende nicht kommen. Einen Preisnachlass hat der Vermieter abgelehnt und weitere Nachrichten nicht mehr beantwortet. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht direkt am Haus, sondern über Treppen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite hinter der nächsten Häuserreihe erreichbar.

Очень милый дом с красивым видом ,чистая просторная территория,собственная терраса с прекрасным видом,в доме есть все необходимое)я бы еще сюда приехала)нам все понравилось)

La vista y la espectacular piscina. Además muy tranquila
Poca privacidad porque la terraza está junto a un vecino sin separador, solo unas macetas Aunque en nuestro caso no había nadie y estuvimos genial
