This house is located on the 1st floor, completely independent from a second dwelling which occupies the 2nd floor of the property, which is accessed by stairs from the parking lot. It was recently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 8 people, plus a futon available. Its amenities include a heated pool (September-March), barbecue area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests are greeted with complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival. Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional charge as a guarantee for any damage or extra cleaning they may cause. All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
