  I would never ever ever stay here again!!!

  The unit is pretty, and clean. However it is on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. Really it's like being on the 5th floor because you enter on the main level without units. So you have to go up multiple stairs to get to each level of units, and this unit is up at the very top.

  My husband and I are senior citizens. We booked the unit knowing there was an elevator, and on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there previously and told us there is an elevator. When we arrived the elevator was not working. The sign taped to, advising it wasn't working, looked like it had been there forever. We immediately messaged the property management and they did nothing to help us. I told them we would need help the next day to bring all of our luggage down all of those stairs, as we are older and it is dangerous. They promised that they would send someone, and said that they would confirm by sending us a message in the morning. They did not message. I had to chase them down, and when I did, they told me they had no one available to help. Despite having almost 24 hours to arrange it, and with having promise me that they would. So, we simply sat in the unit, all packed up, and two to go, and waited. I had to get booking.com involved, and threaten the property manager with legal action were my husband to have to go down the stairs with the luggage and fall and break his leg or have a heart attack. Suddenly they magically produced someone instantly who carried our luggage down the stairs for us. And yes we tipped him. Honestly the property had absolutely horrendous service. I would never stay here again. And it's not like the elevator being broken was a recent thing. The sign that was taped to it to showing that it was broken looked very old and worn. So unless you're an Olympic athlete, and enjoy going up flight after flight after flight after flight of stairs, with heavy luggage, multiple times, on a supposed HOLIDAY, avoid at all costs!!

  Casco Antiguo con algo de fiesta

  El departamento es tal cual la foto, muy bien decorado completo, moderno , equipado, grande y muy bien ubicado

  Está en el 4 piso, y el elevador roto toda la estadía, las noches fueron muy ruidosas con musica de volumen muy alto ( te dejan tampones ) Pero no alcanza. Recomiendo ventana doble vidrio.

  Great place, beautiful small apartment, well maintained.

  The location was very nice, right in the city center of Casco Vieja.

  The elevator did not work.

  La decoración y la distribución

  Había un olor a marisco concentrado en el apartamento. Aún abriendo ventanas etc apenas cerrabas volvía. Contactamos pero no podían hacer nada.
