    Excellent location, comfy bed, great amenities.

    This hotel was excellent! Beds were comfy, shower water was always nice and hot, and the staff were lovely! We booked the Superior Suite as it had a balcony, whereas some of the other rooms did not (which seems to be common in Merida). The room was small, but we knew that. We really liked the amenities - bar fridge, coffee maker, pool (which we had to ourselves every day) and a safe (though not large enough for a laptop). The area was also lovely - really great shops and restaurants nearby! The Baretto Cafe right across the street was lovely.
