    Style over substance , very disappointing

    The style is lovely

    The staff were arrogant and disinterested The breakfast for a 5 star resort was terrible The hot food was cold The buffet was repeated every day The wait for a coffee up to 25mins We booked a room with a private pool, we were overlooked by 6 apartments so no privacy and the pool was so cold you couldn't swim in it
