  Très beau séjour au calme,tout confort

  Très belle maison de ville, à 2 pas du centre animé ( restaurant, glacier,...)au calme, garage pour la voiture ce qui est extrêmement pratique, climatisation dans toutes les pieces de vie, 2 salles de bain, tout confort, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique, nous avons apprécié d y faire le barbecue

  Le petit moins reste les escaliers, 3 escaliers mais on n aurait pas cette vue non plus. Les enfants sont grands chez nous donc pas de soucis mais pas idéal avec des touts petits.

  A very disappointing property

  This property is really difficult to understand, and I’ll do my best to be factual and not emotive. I booked the property as I was travelling with my 19 year old son, who is a professional sportspersons and needed to rest and recover during off-season. So we needed somewhere calm and relaxed to stay and Pollenca, peaceful and surrounded by nature, seemed the right place. The property is marketed in a way that would well accommodate us, various bedrooms and living areas, with all the things necessary to ensure a relaxing stay. That was not the case. Here are the positives and the negatives. Positives: - The property is well located in the old town of Pollenca. The restaurants and the environs of the historic centre are all within a few minute’s walk. - The property is clean. - The property has a garage (but see further below). Negatives: It is really difficult to understand the property layout, what the intention was, it is very disconnected and there are major problems with retained heat in the building and a lack of properly functioning air conditioning that makes 2/3 of the living areas of the property unusable. I’ll break the property down by level, and give some comments: - The garage opens onto the street. The garage is shared with another vehicle, so that takes a bit of working out how to manoeuvre and park in the garage without doing damage to your car or the other car parked there. - One of the great attractions of the property for me was the garage. However, navigating Pollenca with a car is something that I would not recommend unless you have a lot of experience with driving in tight spaces in historic towns with lots of one way and blocked off streets. To give you my own example, it took me longer travelling from within Pollenca to the garage at the property than it did to drive from Palma Airport to Pollenca. It is a very difficult town to navigate, at least for the first few days.

  Angenehm inmitten der Stadt im Geschehen - kurze Wege zum Abendessen. Wohnung war okay.

  Außergewöhnlich gut war die Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Pollenca. Die Dachterrasse war sehr angenehm. Eine Garage im Haus ist in Mitten der Altstadt toll.

  In der Beschreibung der Wohnung hätte man erwähnen können, dass man mehrere Treppen im Haus überwinden muss . Genau eine zum Wohnzimmer, zwei zur Schlafetage und eine weitere zur Küche und Dachterrasse.

  Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

  Dachterrasse war großartig. Wir haben sie jeden Tag zum Frühstück in der Februarsonne genutzt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war toll. Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage (..weniger Touristen in den Wintermonaten). Wir waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Die Garage war großartig. Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen (Kategorie B) und konnten damit gut durch die Straßen und durch die Garageneinfahrt navigieren. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Obwohl es (Februar) nicht so kalt war, lief die Heizung einwandfrei und war in allen Räumen individuell regelbar. Info: Es gibt einen Lichtschacht von der unteren Etage bis zum Dach (...endet in der Küche). Dieser versorgt die beiden Badezimmer und einen der drei Schlafräume mit Tageslicht. Das heißt, einer der Schlafräume hat kein direktes Fenster nach außen. Das war für uns prinzipiell kein Problem. Als Info in der Beschreibung würden wir uns solche baulichen Besonderheiten gern wünschen.

  Overall a very nice stay!

  Easy and nice communication with the host. Authentic downtown stay in a cozy little house. 3 nice bedrooms, 2 baths, two living room and a kitchen area as well as a large rooftop area made it a very nice place.

  December and some unfortunate weather is maybe not the best time to travel to Mallorca. Activities (cycling) was limited due to that and souther Spain is not used to having to actually heat a place.
