Casa Cosi is the perfect lil comfy stay close to Santa Maria Novella, Train Station, Wine Windows, Duomo, & more.
Location was perfectly close to Santa Maria Novella, and easy walking distance to the train station & to most shops & sights. Beds were super comfy and we loved that there were 3 bedrooms with one having its own private bathroom so the Nonna of the group could have her privacy. It was spacious, clean, had great air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and was well managed.

Perfect location, large apartment although noisy
Large 3 bedroom apartment in perfect location (close both to the train station and historical city)
The key box didn't open with the provided code and eventually locked itself; We had to call/message for someone to remotely open it; We couldn't find the second key inside (thought it could be in a storage closet or something) but that was OK since we only needed one -- however after we left they thought we left with the second key, so I should have indicated that the key was missing in the first place. Note that the street and AC are pretty noisy, but earplugs were provided.

Perfect
It was extremely well equipped like your own home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great size bedrooms.
Front door was hard to unlock, honestly the only complaint and not a big deal.
