    La ubicación

    Que no tuviera atenciones como algo de agua embotellada, aceite, vinagre, algunas infusiones y cápsulas de café para poder utilizar en la cafetera que hay en la vivienda. . Insonorización mejorable. Se escuchaba el ruido de las casas colindantes y de la gente que pasaba por la calle.
