    Ubicació exelent, casa cuidada amb algunes deficiències.

    L’orientació i vistes, la cuina i la decoració de la sala menjador.

    Que no hi havia espai en els armaris, estaven plens de coses dels propietaris i moltes coses de platge que ocupaven els armaris. No hi havien estris per netejar en condicions, aspirador trencat i escombra pala i motxo molt deteriorats. Amb les temperatures actuals es indispensable l’aire acondicionat. No es podia dormir ni descansar per la calor
