    Stilvoll in Top-Lage

    Super Lage direkt am Schneiderturm/ Zugang OBERE Altstadt. Anfahrt mit Genehmigung möglich (SCHRANKE), Parken vor ort kaum, evtl. nach Absprache ? Altstadt, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt, Supermarkt (Penny) ca. 8 min , alles fussläufig machbar, allerdings über Treppen. sehr ruhige Umgebung trotz zentraler Lage. Austattung des Wohnung neu,modern, sauber und funktional. Wifi top. Türcode sehr praktisch. TV mit diversen streamingdiensten .Kaffeemaschine nebst Kapseln. Wasser, Kühlschrank. Heizung/Klima funktioniert. das ganze haus stilvoll und liebevoll gestaltet. sitzbereich ( Raucherinsel) im Vorgarten, GEMEINSCHAFTSBALKON über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.

    leider , bei aller Liebe zum Ambiente- Design schlägt Funktion. Sehr viel Platz, aber wenig Stauraum /Ablagen, Flurgarderobe z.B., auch im Bad, alles sehr gediegen aber nicht sehr praktisch. Ablagen, Handtuchhalter/Haken... für eine Person unproblematisch, bei 2 oder gar Familie mit Kind wohnt man sicher stilvoll aber etwas ungeordnet. trotzdem absolute Empfehlung !
