not quite suitable for a family with a child

The apartments are close to all public transportation options (bus, metro, port). Main attractions are within walking distance.

The apartment's condition doesn't quite match the price: the furniture is broken, the drain doesn't work well, the ventilation is poor, and it smells of mold. There were also a few cockroaches.
