  kaum auszuhalten, müsste dringend renoviert werden

  Die Lage war für Sambucca gut. der Verwalter was hilfsbereit, als wir uns ausgesperrt haben

  Weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Wohnung: - Die Wohnung riecht sehr muffig, kann daran liegen, dass die Wände nass sind, wenn es regnet - Hinter dem Vorhang am Fenster im Wohnzimmer werden die Putzsachen versteckt - nur zwei wackelige Stühle und ne alte Couch vorhanden - zwischendurch Ameisen in der Wohnung (öfter im Süden ein Problem - lag vielleicht auch an unverschlossenen Lebensmittel) Badezimmer: - Das 'Badezimmer' (eine mit Styropor ausgekleidete Grotte) ist nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen (wenn man Nachts auf Klo muss, schon ne Zumutung - hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst) - Das Klo im Badezimmer ist aus den 70er Jahren und der Toilettensitz wackelt - Die Dusche/Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat keinen Wasserdruck (man kann nur eines von beiden gleichzeitig nutzen) - Im Badezimmer gibts nur ein sehr kleines Fenster Küche: - Der Kühlschrank ist aus den 70er Jahren und nicht mehr zumutbar (auch wenn er noch kühlt) - Die Küche kann man gar nicht als solche beschreiben - ist mehr ne Sperrholztheke/Regal mit nem Tuch davor Schlafzimmer: - Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber das ist evtl. Geschmackssache Frühstück: das Frühstück bestand aus einer großen Packung Zwieback, einer Tüte Milch und Marmeladen Päckchen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück erwartet, daher war das eher zum schmunzeln, aber wenn man das ernst meint, ists ne Frechheit

  Sambuca autumn stay

  The house is a work of art. Terrace is lovely and the house is in a very good location. Bathroom is quirky but very well equipped. Sambuca is a lovely town to be based.

  We didn't find the beds comfortable - too hard. As a previous guest has said, a new fridge is definitely needed.

  Bellissimo appartamento! Ha tutto ciò che può servire. Pulito e ben posizionato. Incantevole la terrazza e il bagno.

  Ajman house. Excellent location, top notch maintenance of the strutture,art work to his finest, attention to details., world class customer service. The Location of Ajman house is the best you can find in Sambuca right in the center of the historic district. The house is a master piece of decoration of old world craftsmanship handmade by local artisans from the forniture to the art work that adorn the interior and extirior walls to the fabrics around the windows, the bedding and the various room. Stone walls, Saracens style ceilings and archway and floors are trough out this breath taking jewel with a panoramic view second to none. The Owners are the best there in makeing the customer welcome and confortable in a place super clean and organized complete with any amenities the hospitality sector can offer and beyond. If there is a location that rappresent in his essence the welcoming to the world of the City of Sambuca, such location is not other than Ajman house known also as LA casa Dell' artista. I raccomand Ajman House to anyone that visit The City of Sambuca and wants to esplore the historic district which monuments are literally few hundred meters away and enjoy the typical local cusin, wines, caseary products and sweets locally produce and offered by restaurant and pastry shop situated in every corner of the streets in a calm slow paste atmosphere that we all need to relax in today frenetic every day life.
