    Cosy village house.

    It was nice to stay in a traditional Portuguese village house with loads of character. We really enjoyed the little enclosed garden behind the house. Convenient parking and great exercise hiking up to Monsaraz castle. We enjoy staying in quiet villages, if you're looking for a party atmosphere, it's not the place for you.

    Nothing to do with the accomodation, but we were disappointed the barbecue restaurant next door was closed for several nights.
