Great location, surrounded by the river in a very quiet, empty village. The house is comfortable, with beautiful decorations and a great selection of books and movies which was a lovely bonus. Also particularly enjoyed the collection of sticks in the garage. In 10 minutes you can walk to the river and hike around the property to discover amazing fruit trees and hidden paths. Recommend and would definitely stay again.
Just as a little side note, if the plan is to work remote, internet might not be the best.

Prachtige woning met veel rust en natuur!
Een prachtige woning op een mooie rustige plek! Het uitzicht is mooi en Antonio was zéér behulpzaam!! De bedden waren fantastisch!

Encontramos a tranquilidade do Portugal profundo, quase isolado, onde o som do rio, o zumbir das abelhas e o cantar dos passarinhos se sobrepõe a tudo. Ótimo para caminhadas em família e refrescar o corpo e a mente nas praias fluviais, em cada curva do Paiva. A Casa da Figueira tem todas as condições para uns bons dias de descanso.
