    Property have everything what need it for a short trip to Rome. Theres carefor and elite supermarket, coffee roaster Torrefazione Drogheria Foroni near by. few good coffe shops and restaurants run as family buisness. you can feel in the area as a foreinger as couldnt hear any other language than italian.

    It could be little bit closer to the atractions. From other hand it was good to come back here after a long day walking. Calm area.

    Wonderful neighbourhood close to ancient Roman via Appia, baths of Caracalla and historic churches galore. Lovely cosy apartment with lots of books and a shaded basement terrace, also the condominium garden full of lush greenery right by the entrance. A fishmonger + basic but really good fish restaurant Paranza across the street, a supermarket a step away, also a gorgeous fruit and veg shop with dazzling seasonal produce. Lots of pretty good restaurants with actual Roman (as opposed to general Italian) cuisine nearby (Re di Roma, Schietto, Dar Bruttone). Epiro market for those who love markets. About 30 min walk to the Colosseum, San Clemente, Domus Aurea and other fascinating sites. 10-15 minutes walk to the Re di Roma metro station and lots of buses around closeby, a bit unpredictable as they don't follow either the google or their proper ATAC schedule, but they do appear :) A really wonderful stay! Grazie mille! P.S. Also among the much appreciated amenities proper AirCon and a washing machine that does a good job.
