    I booked the property for my family for a 1-day stay, as our flight was changed. The host of the apartment sent me a message in the morning saying we couldn't stay in her apartment because she doesn't want anyone for less than 3 days, and it's a problem with Booking.com, not with her property, but it wasn't mentioned in the description, we checked several times. I was extremely surprised to receive it, as it was 1 hour before our check-in. Me, with 3 pieces of luggage and 2 kids, standing in front of the street. So urgently, I had to find what was left in the area; thanks to the booking support, they returned my money within a week. But my morning was extremly stressful and it cost me a double price.

    Her attitude, even when I asked her to check us in, as we couldn't find the hotel nearby. Also, she asked me to cancel the reservation, knowing it was non-refundable. So it looked like a scam, to be honest.
