    Localizaçao, acesso fácil aos teansportes, acompanhamento ao cliente excecional, simpatia da Beatriz, apartamento com bonita decoração.

    Exaustor do "prédio" muito barulho, logo pelas 07.00h da manhã, não facilita o descanso.

    Pleasant

    Key collection is arrange in advance but luckily they are flexible on the exact time of meeting. The place is in a good, central location, yet it's fairly quiet. There is a huge Mercadona just a stone throw away. Staff can be easily contacted via WhatsApp.

    Unfortunately the washing machine couldn't be used due to a missing button but there was a laundry quite close. The kitchen vent fan was on during the evening for no apparent reason and it couldn't be turned off. It wasn't too loud but it was still weird. The shower bottles were all empty, the toilet seat is loose, half of the light bulbs in the kitchen were broken, etc. So an overall maintenance wouldn't hurt for the place.
