  Overall, the property couple is splendid. Yet it does have some shortcominngs that need rectifying to justify the price.

  The location, upper floor, seafront facing, outdoor terrace and magnificent swimming pool

  The damp coming up from the basement. The musty stink emanating from the basement and some cupboards on ground floor. And the faulty plumbing under the kitchen sink. Plus, you cannot close any of the automatic blinds in the entire building.

  Très belle VILLA , avec une vue sur l'Océan et les couchées de soleil mémorables

  nous avons été accompagné sur les lieux par une personne qui gère la Villa, Elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement pendant la visite . TRES BELLE VUE SUR L'OCEAN

  odeurs de renfermés dans la maison, il faudrait aéré plus souvent toute petite TV pour un salon énorme , c'est dommage : un grand écran serait le bien venu pour suivre les matchs de foot manque aussi quelques installations comme : salle de sport, billard, table de ping-pong , baby-foot ==> il y a la place pourtant

  Beautiful house in need of TLC

  Location. The view was incredible. Beautiful house, light and airy with windows to make the most of the outside environment.

  The house was in need of dedicated TLC. It was reasonably clean but kitchen drawers were dirty, glasses were messy, wax drips over fireplace, half used toiletries in the one bathroom. Broken leather chair held together with pegs. These issues were not resolved. In addition, many lights/lamps not working, including the outside lights. Not enough towels for the number of guests. Toaster didn't work and blew the fuse box. These issues were reported to the letting company and the problems were rectified within 24 hours. These issues were also not resolved: Front shutters didn't work. 3 of the sun loungers were broken, (mismatched and dirty garden furniture) Slabs around the pool need immediate attention as they are broken and dangerous. My daughter cut her ankle on the broken slabs. The property has the potential to be wonderful. It appears that there has been very little upkeep and general maintence over sometime. My initial excitement was replaced with disappointment and frustration. Although the rental company responded quickly, I should not have had to highlight the issues in the first place, it really took the 'shine' out our stay. It was poor value for money and an unacceptable standard for a rental property.
