The apartment was renovated three years ago with great care and expertise—a project that took five years to complete. This luxury apartment now features two bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. It is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a TV with numerous channels, and boasts excellent showers and a lovely terrace. The surroundings are every bit as impressive as the apartment itself. Situated at an altitude of 850 meters in a tidy, established village where neighbors greet you warmly, it is impossible not to feel at ease. There are endless opportunities for walks—short or long—starting right at your doorstep or accessible by car. Nearby attractions include river and lake swimming spots, viewpoints, historical sites, castles, and churches. Choosing where to go is easy, thanks to Henrique—the excellent host—who has compiled a selection of locations on a sheet with QR codes that link directly to map directions. Finally, the apartment is close to Serra da Estrela National Park, home to Torre, the highest mountain in Portugal. There are many remarkable natural wonders there. I hope Henrique’s guests will experience his glittering wall stones—and perhaps catch a little sparkle in their own eyes—after staying in his apartment for a few days, just as I did.

La route entre Seia et le logement ... la première fois. Après, on s'y fait très facilement. Les gens sont hyper prudents en voiture. En roulant doucement, c'est très facile.
