    Well-equipped apartment, great location for families, but narrow garage access—tough for big cars.

    Despite being in an older building, the apartment offers all the necessary amenities, and its location is excellent. I would recommend it for families.

    The access path to the garage is quite narrow, and driving an SUV or midsize car through it requires skill. The garage is not ideal for large car.
