  Das Appartement bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt, es fehlte an nichts. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich viele Cafés, Supermärkte und Restaurants, man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem und die Fenster haben Außenjalousien, im großen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer befinden sich die Klimageräte, somit bleibt die Wohnung herrlich kühl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

  Amazing place for a city break.

  The apartment is really well equipped. So often in self-catering places we have stayed the essentials are missing but here there was salt, pepper, oil for cooking, cling-film foil and tubs for packed lunches, cleaning products and dishwasher tablets - all of which saves you having to buy lots when you arrive. Having an outside terrace in the heart of the city with a view of the rooftops and the river in the distance was a great bonus! The city centre is within walking distance, but if you don't feel like walking the historic no.28 tram runs right outside and there are two metro stations within easy walking distance too.

  Bed sheets Were full of piles and felt "used" Pillows were very flat The staff were not kind nor helpful. - the man checking us in seemed to be a misogynist. I had our 9 month old baby on me and my husband was carrying all the bags up the 3 flights of stairs and I said multiple times that he could start explaining to me, but he waited until my husband was there to discuss with him €25 euro charge for "late check in" - it was only communicated after booking that check-in after 8pm would incur a €25 charge. .our train was 20 minutes delayed which meant we arrived at 8.04 (was when I called) there were no instructions on how to access apartment so was looking around for entrance and had to call. They charged us the €25. Which was funny because the guy checking us in seemed to have so much spare time as he waited for my husband to bring up all our bags without discussing with me. He could have easily saved 15minutes if he decided to speak with a woman. 24/7 help??? We had to leave for our flight at 12.30 Checkout is 10am we asked 4x times via WhatsApp if there was a place to leave our bags, they only responded at 9am that morning after 30hours wait Charged for cot although advertised as FREE Cot advertised for free, but they charged €10. When I asked about this and sent the screenshot from booking.com they ignored us. Stairs not communicated appropriately - it's fine there are stairs, but it wasn't communicated appropriately. So having a pram and 25kg luggage and baby we wouldn't be able to take the pram out at all. (Of course the guy checking us in didn't need to offer to help but he stood there like a lump, funny bc in porto this 5 foot 4 lady was so kind at our hotel offering to help, we didn't take it but she was so sweet she got full 5 stars!) It only said "upper levels only accessible by stairs"

  We enjoyed the stay very much.

  Excellent location, fantastic terrasses

  The only thing we could not figure out was how to turn on the lights right beside bed in bedroom :)

  Super facilities, location and base for a great few days in stunning Lisbon

  The apartment is wonderful. It met all of our needs as a family of four. It is beautifully decorated and clean. It’s spacious also and the garden/terrace area is such a lovely bonus! We were surprised how close it was to the centre and enjoyed walking lots, or occasionally getting the tram which is also fab as the apartment is on the best tram route around the city….No. 28. There is 2 convenient supermarkets just 5 mins walk from apartment and we couldn’t fault the apartment at all. We would definitely love to come back!

  The deposit was a bit annoying but this maybe normal for Portugal?
