    Apesar de ter reservado, pago, e recebido a confirmação da reserva e do pagamento tudo foi cancelado

    Não foi aceitável ter chegado ao local há hora prevista, 11 da noite, e encontrar uma pessoa que tratou mal a minha mulher, a minha filha e a mim, e nos expulsou do local. Esta pessoa tinha efectuado dupla reserva (no Booking e fora do Booking) dos mesmos quartos. Isto constitui um descrédito para o Booking, já que deixei de poder confiar nas reservas efectuadas através dele.

    Very comfortable and the host was very helpful in giving directions to touristic sight around the area.

    It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The air conditioning was quiet too. The shower was perfect.
