    Belle Situation mais logement mériterait un petit rafraichissement.

    Bien placé avec une belle vue.

    La maison était très chaude début septembre et ne disposait pas de climatisation, ce qui rendait les nuits particulièrement difficiles et le sommeil peu confortable. Le logement est certainement plus agréable lorsque les températures sont plus clémentes et qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de recourir à la climatisation. L’absence d’espace extérieur véritablement abrité limite également son utilisation en cas de pluie ou de fort ensoleillement. Le sommier du lit a été renforcé avec une planche, ce qui rend le couchage assez peu confortable. Par ailleurs, plusieurs équipements ou éléments nécessitent une remise en état : le fer à repasser est hors service ; la douche présente une fuite, avec de l’eau qui s’écoule dans la salle de bain ; le balai n’a plus de manche ; plusieurs poignées de tiroirs ne sont pas correctement fixées ; la serrure de la porte d’entrée est parfois difficile à ouvrir. En résumé, le logement présente du potentiel, mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement ainsi qu’un entretien plus approfondi, notamment le nettoyage des fauteuils. Quelques réparations et améliorations permettraient également d’améliorer sensiblement le confort des occupants.

    Tudo excelente, boa localização, local muito agradável, anfitriões simpáticos que nos receberam como em casa e ainda nos deixaram alguns mimos locais. Recomendo totalmente.
