    Superb

Big house, comfortable beds, very good communication from the host, air conditioning, close to the beach

We had to wait a bit for the pool to be cleaned when we arrived (but the host was very communicative of timelines). There was a box in the kitchen floor that was very easy to trip over. Not really a problem for my group, but airplane noise can be an issue (this is mostly due to the area, not with the property)
