  The pool is spacious, and the parking area is also large. The kitchen is spacious as well, with plenty of seating for a group. The bedroom and living room are both fully air-conditioned. The bathroom is nice and well-lit. That’s pretty much it.

  The stairs near the videoke area can also be quite slippery because the tiles used are similar to bathroom tiles. This could be dangerous, especially when people are coming from the pool. As for the overall ambience, it didn’t really give us good vibes. According to my officemate, the atmosphere felt heavy, and we also experienced some unsettling moments. I was alone in the living area when I saw what appeared to be a ghost, and my officemate also said they saw what looked like a child running near the stairs. Of course, these are just our personal experiences, but they made us feel uncomfortable. One suggestion would be to move the videoke area to the living room. That way, guests could still use it during quiet hours without disturbing the rooms. The water dispenser in the kitchen is also not free, which I didn’t know beforehand. I was surprised to find out that it costs ₱60 to use. The only free water refill station is the digital dispenser upstairs, which can be quite confusing to operate if you’re not familiar with it. It’s also inconvenient to have to go upstairs every time we need water, especially if we didn’t want to pay the additional ₱60 for the kitchen water dispenser. It would be better if this charge was clearly stated in advance or if drinking water were provided free of charge. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable throughout our stay. It would disconnect at night and sometimes come back, but even when it was available, there was no internet connection inside the bedrooms or living room. We ended up using our mobile data for the entire stay, even though all of us rely on Wi-Fi for school/work. This definitely needs improvement.

  Staff are attentive, the location is very peaceful, air-conditioning is comforting, complete utensils value for money

  Limited towel (only 2 per room) regardless of number of guests. Shower pressure is low

  Casa De Celestina truly feels like a home away from home. Our entire family loves everything about this place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and attention given to every detail. The space is always spotless, well-organized, and beautifully spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for families to relax and enjoy their stay. What truly sets Casa De Celestina apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality. The housekeepers are not only accommodating, but also genuinely friendly and polite. They go above and beyond to make sure every need is met and that guests feel welcomed and valued. Their dedication to excellent service makes every stay smooth, stress-free, and memorable.
