    Lokasinya tenang jauh dari keramaian. Udaranya masih bersih karena kendaraan tidak banyak.

    Apabila hanya ada 1 kamar mandi, sebaiknya closet dan shower dipisah. Air panas lama baru berfungsi, setelah dipakai lama lagi pengisiannya.
