Extremely loud nightclub noise, sleepless nights and an unresolved refund dispute.
The reception staff initially tried to help by offering us another room after we complained about the excessive noise. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the situation.
We booked Suite No. 9 for four nights, expecting a comfortable and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. On our first night, extremely loud music from a nearby nightclub continued well past midnight, making it impossible to sleep. We immediately complained to reception and were told the music would stop at midnight, but it continued beyond 1 a.m. We were eventually moved to a different room on the first floor, which was inferior to the suite we had booked, and the noise was still audible. The following day, management acknowledged that the nightclub noise was an ongoing problem and explained that they had previously contacted the local authorities about it. This made the situation even more disappointing, as we had not been warned about this significant disturbance before booking. We requested a refund because the accommodation was not providing the restful environment we reasonably expected. However, management did not authorize a refund, and the alternative accommodation offered was not suitable for us. As a result, we had to leave the property early and pay for another hotel. Despite submitting a formal complaint and contacting Booking.com, our refund request remains unresolved. This was not simply a minor inconvenience. The excessive noise, lack of sleep and failure to provide a satisfactory solution completely disrupted our stay. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property to travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable hotel.

Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Stylowy hotel w samym centrum i blisko do plaży.Liczyłem się z tym że to nie jest cicha okolica więc mi to nie przeszkadzało. Pokój wygodny. Pyszne śniadania z możliwością wyboru więc codziennie można zjeść coś innego. Obsługa przemiła. Najlepszy Hotel jaki miałem w Kolumbii podczas mojej trzytygodniowej wycieczki.
